Job summary

PayPal is seeking a senior UK cyber risk leader to drive operational execution across critical risk workstreams, including cloud modernisation and operational resilience. You will partner with the UK Entity CISO to advance governance, evidence gathering, and regulatory readiness across PCIS-aligned priorities.

You will guide cross-functional teams, build executive-ready packs, and lead awareness initiatives while ensuring consistent risk management practices and strategic alignment with business

Qualifications

• Proven governance, risk, and compliance expertise across security domains.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration to drive risk programs.
• Experience leading UK cyber risk initiatives and regulatory alignment.

Responsibilities

• Lead UK cyber risk operational execution and delivery.
• Co-develop UK regulatory-ready committee packs with the UK Entity CISO.
• Drive cloud modernisation governance, visibility, and regulatory enablement for the UK scope.
• Own UK regulatory and security strategy contributions aligned to PCIS priorities.
• Manage evidence and governance artefacts using Jira, Confluence, ServiceNow, Archer, AuditBoard.
