Titan OS invites a UK-based CTV Media Sales Manager to drive advertising revenue with pre-defined targets. You will engage with media agencies and their buying teams to unlock budgets for CTV campaigns, building trusted relationships across the market.

The role requires five years in advertising sales, at least one year in CTV, a strong agency network, and a strategic mindset focused on exceeding targets. Remote work is supported with quarterly visits to our Barcelona office.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Advertising sales.
• Minimum of 1 year of recent experience in CTV media sales.
• Strong network within the local media agency landscape.
• Results-oriented mindset with a focus on exceeding sales targets.
• Strategic thinker with the ability to identify and capitalize on market opportunities.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Build Market Awareness: Develop and execute strategic sales plans to drive CTV advertising revenue in your respective market.
• Media Agency Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with media agencies, serving as the key point of contact for our advertising solutions within buying teams.
• Revenue Targets: Meet and exceed sales targets, contributing to the overall revenue objectives of the organization.
• Product Knowledge: Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of our client's CTV advertising offerings, effectively communicating value propositions to potential clients.
• Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, operations, and account management, to ensure a seamless experience for clients.
• Market Insights: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to provide valuable insights for business growth.
