After a strong start to 2025, they are looking to expand and strengthen their current leadership structure.

In this role, you will inherit a team of 25, focusing on the following areas:

1. Revenue generation - being client facing is ESSENTIAL to succeed in this role
2. People development - this is an established division with multiple leadership layers
