Job summary

AXA XL in London, UK, seeks a Head of Construction to lead underwriting strategy, profitability, and growth for the region. You will drive plans with brokers, collaborate with GCUO and regional CUO, and ensure alignment of policies, pricing, and performance metrics across the unit.

You will mentor teams, manage risk, and work closely with product management and actuarial to enhance pricing models and analytics, while upholding AXA XL standards.
