Job summary

Reserv is hiring a Compliance Analyst – UK to support adherence to UK regulatory requirements, industry best practices, and ethical standards. You will assist in developing programs, respond to DSARs and data requests, and help mitigate risk while safeguarding operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Legal Studies, Risk Management, or related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in compliance, complaints or claims within insurance or financial services.
• Strong knowledge of UK complaints and FCA rules gained through hands-on experience.
• Good understanding of UK GDPR and Data Protection Act 2018, including DSARs and RAD1.
• Empathy to identify vulnerability and support customers appropriately.

Responsibilities

• Regulatory Compliance: apply UK GDPR, DPA, FCA rules, Consumer Duty and guidance to complaints and data requests.
• Compliance Program Management: manage UK complaints from intake to resolution and respond to GDPR DSARs, DPA and RAD1 requests.
• Data Analysis & Reporting: track volumes, turnaround times and outcomes; flag trends and root causes.
• Risk & Control Oversight: support testing and documentation for UK claims compliance and identify improvements.
• Ownership & Execution: manage own caseload and deadlines; improve processes and ensure accuracy.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: work with claims, technology and quality teams to automate tracking where possible.
