Job summary

Beauty Pie is seeking a Head of Communications to lead the UK communications strategy across PR, influencers, collaborations and affiliates. Reporting to the Marketing Operations Director, this senior role owns brand storytelling and commercial growth with close collaboration across Marketing, Founder and media partners.

You'll manage two direct reports, shape partnerships, and drive measurement and performance against business goals in a fast-paced London environment.

Qualifications

• 8+ years' experience in Communications with a track record of building brands and delivering commercial results.
• Proactive, commercially minded with ownership.
• Strong UK media relationships across beauty editors and titles.

Responsibilities

• Own UK communications across PR, influencers, collaborations and affiliates, balancing brand building with growth.
• Build relationships with editors, journalists and media across the UK.
• Lead influencer strategy across macro, mid and micro creators with clear ROI.
• Own and evolve affiliate strategy, testing smarter growth.
• Monitor performance and share insights with leadership.
• Manage two direct reports in Communications and Affiliates.
