• Lead, mentor, and support a remote-first, full-stack team of engineers through hiring, coaching, and career development.
• Foster a collaborative engineering culture where quality and craft are valued.
• Guide the team in high-integrity technical decisions and evolving strategy.
• Drive reliability, observability, CI, data and ML tooling, and cost management toward outcomes.
• Improve agile practices, delivery cadence, and ways of working across the team.
