Job description

UK B2B Order Processor

Office-based in Newcastle-under-Lyme,

Monday to Friday – 40 hours (9:00 am - 5:30 pm)

Are you a proactive and detail-oriented individual with excellent communication skills? Join our client's UK B2B Sales team as a B2B Order Processor! You will play a crucial role in processing sales orders, supporting the order lifecycle, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Work closely with a variety of customers across different platforms to help drive their business success.

Main Duties:
  • Efficiently process sales orders to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment.
  • Update systems with kitting, job, and additional service requirements.
  • Monitor shipment statuses and deliveries to meet customer expectations.
  • Resolve courier issues as they arise.
  • Act as the point of contact for customer service and query resolution, both internally and externally.
  • Maintain accurate records and system notes.
  • Liaise with other departments to ensure orders are fulfilled according to customer specifications and standards.
  • Manage sales accounts as per allocation, if applicable.
  • Contribute to the creation and maintenance of process flows and procedures.
  • Perform additional tasks as necessary to support business needs.
Key Skills:
  • Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in literacy and math (GCSE grade 5 or equivalent).
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Proactive attitude with a positive mindset.
  • Ability to work flexibly as part of a small team to meet deadlines in a fast-paced, changing environment.
