UK B2B Oder Processor

Office-based in Newcastle-under-Lyme,

Monday to Friday – 40hours (9-5.30pm)

Are you a proactive and detail-oriented individual with excellent communication skills? Join our clients UK B2B Sales team as a B2B Order Processor! You will play a crucial role in processing sales orders, supporting the order lifecycle, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Work closely with a variety of customers across different platforms and help drive their business success.

Main Duties :

  • Efficiently process sales orders to ensure timely and accurate fulfilment.
  • Keep our systems up-to-date with kitting/job/additional service requirements.
  • Shipment and Delivery Monitoring: Monitor shipment statuses and deliveries to meet customer expectations.
  • Resolve courier issues as they arise.
  • Act as the point of contact for customer service and query resolution, both internally and externally.
  • Maintain accurate records and system notes.
  • Liaise with other departments to ensure orders are fulfilled according to customer specifications and standards.
  • Sales Account management as per allocation if/where relevant
  • Contribute to the creation and maintenance of process flows and procedures.
  • Perform additional tasks as necessary to support business needs.

Key Skills :

  • Good at building relationships and communicating effectively.
  • Proficient in literacy and math (GCSE grade 5 or equivalent).
  • Excellent working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Proactive with a positive attitude.
  • Ability to work flexibly as part of a small team to meet deadlines in a fast-paced, changing environment.
  • Reliable and organised with an impeccable eye for detail,
  • Continuous Learner: Eager to learn and improve, with strong IT skills.
  • Experience with CRM systems and order processing preferred.
