Qualifications

• Willingness to develop product training and presentations.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to customers, Sales & Marketing teams.
• Advise on product selection, specification, compatibility and application.
• Investigate technical issues and identify root causes.
• Deliver technical presentations, product training and technical customer support.
• Support workshops, distributors, OEM and aftermarket channels.
• Interpret technical specifications and performance data.
• Work with global technical and product teams.
• Become the recognised technical authority for the brand in the UK.
