Changan UK R&D Centre Ltd. in Birmingham seeks a UK Product & Pricing Specialist to own the UK pricing strategy, benchmarking, and monthly payment modelling.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree and at least 3 years in UK automotive pricing or product planning, with strong Excel and PowerPoint, plus knowledge of UK tax incentives and BEV/PHEV policy. You will collaborate across Finance, Marketing, Sales, and dealer networks to deliver data-driven recommendations in English for HQ review and UK

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree or above in Automotive Engineering, Business, Economics, Finance, Marketing, Statistics or another quantitative discipline.
• 3 years in the UK automotive industry in product planning, pricing, competitive intelligence, product marketing or market insight.
• Working knowledge of UK retail and fleet finance structures (PCP, PCH, HP, BCH, Salary Sacrifice, Motability).
• Familiarity with UK new car market data sources (SMMT, JATO, Cap HPI/Autovista) and policy incentives for BEV/PHEV.

Responsabilidades

• Own and maintain a UK competitor database at trim/configuration level across segments including BEV/PHEV/HEV.
• Build MSRP/OTR and TP ladders by trim and powertrain for launch and in-life actions.
• Model monthly payments across UK retail and fleet structures with sensitivities on residual value, APR, and deposits.
• Own UK market data toolkit and build bottom-up volume forecasts by trim, powertrain, and channel.
• Provide variance analysis with recommended corrective actions for launch performance.
• Deliver single-page competitive summaries, pricing ladders, and volume models for HQ review.
