Role: Deployment and Adoption Manager (Digital Health, Full Time)

Location: Home Based

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience implementing technology solutions within the UK primary care sector, particularly the NHS, and will thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced startup environment.

Position: Deployment and Adoption Manager

Company: Metadvice Ltd.

Location: Flexible with travel required to central London, Brighton and Client Sites

Salary Range: £50,000 - £60,000 depending on experience

Start Date: ASAP

Reports into: UK Managing Director

Right to work: Established right to work in the UK required

Metadvice is seeking a Deployment and Adoption Manager to oversee the rollout of our Clinical Decision Support and Population Analytics platforms. The initial focus will be on implementation within NHS networks and practices, with plans to expand globally.

In this role, you will collaborate closely with Metadvice’s technical and commercial teams to lead implementation efforts, monitor progress, track key success metrics, and coordinate support as needed. Your goal will be to ensure a smooth, responsive, and customer-centric deployment experience.

You will also play a key role in driving continuous improvement—refining internal processes to enhance efficiency and maintain a strong focus on client needs as the company grows.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deployment Management:
  • Work in partnership with our clients to design and manage Metadvice implementation projects to ensure successful deployments of Metadvice's technology solution that go on to deliver the expected benefits.
  • Plan and execute the technical deployment and integration of Metadvice-AI with Practice EHR systems.
  • Partner with practice and third-party staff to configure and test Metadvice prior to Clinical use.
  • Monitor and report on project progress, identify issues, and proactively address them.
  • Stakeholder Engagement:
  • Work closely with the Metadvice technology and commercial teams to ensure client requirements and dependencies are understood, prioritised and addressed.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates and support.
  • Continue engagement with clients post deployment to ensure the full adoption and usage of the application.
  • Information Governance (IG):
  • Support practices in fulfilling their NHS required information management and risk processes (DCB60 and DPIA)
  • Coordinate with with the Metadvice DPO to provide answers to Data Privacy and Protection queries from Practices or third parties working on their behalf.
  • Customer Feedback and Support:
  • Provide ongoing support to address any technical or operational issues that may arise.
  • Review incoming support requests and triage to the correct Metadvice internal team for action
  • Review support request resolution timeframes and escalate to senior management when required.
  • Own the maintenance and development of training materials and UK and EU regulated documents relating to installation, use and training
  • Documentation and Contract Management:
  • Maintain accurate records of all client interactions, approvals, and project-related documentation.
  • Ensure all required contracts are signed and in place.
  • Act as our CRM (SalesForce) administrator
  • Technical Collaboration:
  • Collaborate with Metadvice's technical teams to ensure the smooth setup and configuration of the system within NHS practices.
  • Relay technical requirements and customizations to the development team as needed.
