Trustonic is seeking an in-house UI/UX Product Designer to shape the future of our B2B SaaS platform and B2B2C mobile apps. You’ll own the design process end-to-end, partner with product managers and engineers, and drive intuitive experiences across web and mobile products.

A bit about the team and what you'll deliver...We're looking for our first in-house UI/UX Product Designer to help shape the future of our B2B SaaS platform and B2B2C mobile applications.As part of our global Product team, you'll work closely with Product Managers and Engineering from the earliest stages of product discovery through to delivery. You'll be responsible for evolving and improving the user experience across our web and mobile products, helping ensure every interaction is intuitive, effective, and aligned to real user needs.This is an opportunity to have genuine influence. As the sole designer within the business, you'll own the design process end-to-end, helping define how design contributes to product strategy, customer experience, and product delivery. You'll balance user needs, technical constraints, and commercial objectives to create experiences that work for customers, engineers, support teams, and business stakeholders alike.Working across SaaS platforms, mobile applications, and emerging AI-enabled capabilities, you'll help shape how users interact with our products today while contributing to the future direction of our design practices, tooling, and processes.As the UI/UX Product Designer, you will:
Own the end-to-end design process across our SaaS platform and mobile applications, from problem definition through to delivered experiencesEvolve and improve existing user journeys, interfaces, and workflows across web and mobile productsDefine the user experience and interface design for new features, products, and capabilitiesCreate wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and high-fidelity designs that clearly communicate solutionsTranslate complex technical and business requirements into simple, intuitive user experiencesChampion accessibility, usability, and design best practice across all product experiencesDesign systems & consistencyBuild, maintain, and evolve our design library, including components, patterns, design tokens, and supporting documentationEnsure consistency across products and platforms through scalable design system practicesWork closely with Engineering to establish effective wireframe-to-code workflows and design handover processesContribute to design standards and ways of working that support long-term product scalability
Conduct lightweight user research with customers, stakeholders, and end users to validate problems and opportunitiesUse qualitative and quantitative insights to inform design decisionsHelp define user profiles, personas, and audience cohorts across both business and consumer-facing productsTest and validate concepts through prototypes, usability reviews, and stakeholder feedback
Partner closely with Product Managers and Engineers throughout the product lifecycleContribute to product discovery, solution design, prioritisation, and scope discussionsChallenge assumptions, ask questions, and bring fresh ideas to product conversationsCollaborate with Delivery, Support, and Commercial teams to understand user challenges and operational requirementsHelp ensure design decisions balance customer value, business outcomes, and technical feasibility
Identify opportunities to introduce AI-assisted tools and workflows that improve research, design, and product development processesStay current with evolving design trends, technologies, and best practicesContribute to the ongoing maturity of design capability within the businessHelp shape how design is embedded within a growing product-led organisation
Own the end-to-end design process for B2B SaaS platforms and mobile applications, from problem definition to delivery. Build and maintain a scalable design system while collaborating with Product Managers and Engineering to improve user journeys.
