Job summary

Your role & responsibilities

Design intuitive, user-centric mobile and web experiences for digital banking products

Create and evolve UI solutions for new features while maintaining and improving existing ones

Contribute to and scale design systems in close collaboration with product, engineering, and business teams

Participate in the full design cycle: from concept and exploration to final delivery and iteration

Advocate for high design quality and exceptional user experience across products

What we’re looking for

3+ years of experience designing mobile applications

Solid knowledge of iOS and Android design guidelines

Hands-on experience building and maintaining design systems

Deep understanding of Figma (variables, variants, auto layouts)

Strong attention to detail and a great visual taste

Ability to explore and propose multiple solutions to a single problem

Confident in presenting, explaining, and defending design decisions

Comfortable working both independently and within a team

Experience collaborating closely with business, development, and design teams

Basic English for communication with international markets
