Responsibilities

As a Web Designer, you will collaborate with Marketing and Product teams to produce engaging, on‑brand visual web assets. Responsibilities include:

• Develop static graphics and simple animations for Social Media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.
• Create eye‑catching web and display banners for campaigns and partnerships.
• Style web pages and components based on existing templates and the platform’s design system.
• Design and refine slide decks for internal and external stakeholders using the brand templates.

Qualifications

Experience and skills required:

• 2+ years of experience in web design, preferably in fintech, tech, or agency settings.
• Proficiency with Figma for UI design.
• Adobe Creative Suite experience (Photoshop, Illustrator).
• Strong knowledge of mobile‑first approach.
• Solid understanding of UX/UI fundamentals including layout, typography, and image creation.
• Good taste and understanding of the latest web design trends.
• Portfolio of designed websites (links to designed websites and portfolio).
