Sports Interactive, based in London, is seeking an experienced UI/UX Designer for Football Manager. You will shape usability and interfaces, turning complex data into clear experiences, and collaborate with Design, UI Engineering, and BI teams. You’ll contribute to accessibility and own features with increasing responsibility.

You will work with senior designers, use Figma and Unity, and participate in design critiques, while keeping players at the heart of decisions. A portfolio is required.

Qualificações

• Professional UI/UX design experience in software or games.
• A portfolio that shows your design process as well as polished final work.
• Good understanding of UX principles, including designing for accessibility.
• Experience designing clear, intuitive interfaces for complex or data-rich products.
• A strong visual design eye, producing high-quality, polished UI.
• Experience creating user flows, wireframes, prototypes and design specifications.
• Experience working with a design system.
• Confident use of Figma, plus familiarity with collaboration tools such as Miro.
• An understanding of how user research, usability testing and data inform design decisions.
• Experience working with engineers to bring designs through to implementation.
• Clear written and verbal communication, with the ability to present and explain your design decisions.
• A collaborative approach and willingness to give and receive feedback.

Responsabilidades

• Collaborate with Games Design and senior UI/UX designers to shape new and exciting features for Football Manager
• Design features from early concepts and wireframes through high-fidelity designs and specifications
• Tackle complex gameplay systems, turning deep information into clear interfaces
• Apply user-centred design using insights from User Research and BI
• Design for accessibility across platforms and input methods (mouse, keyboard, controller, touch)
• Use and contribute to the UI design system, producing components and assets
• Work with engineers to prototype, implement and polish designs in Unity
• Provide estimates for your work and keep producers updated
• Present and explain design decisions to any discipline, advocating for players
• Take part in design critiques, giving/receiving feedback and best practices
• Stay current with UI/UX practice and tools and share ideas with the team
