Job summary

WPP Enterprise Solutions is seeking a UI Design Lead with commerce experience to join our cross-functional CX team in London. You will shape digital brand look, design systems, and responsive interfaces for key clients, ensuring usability and accessibility align with business goals.

You’ll lead designers, present concepts to senior stakeholders, and collaborate with engineers to deliver high-quality online experiences. Regular London office presence is expected, with a hybrid work arrangement.

Qualifications

Experience working at a number of digital/creative agencies and/or in-house design studios.
Degree in Graphic design / UI or similar discipline.
Breadth of experience across sectors / audiences.
Compelling portfolio demonstrating high-quality online design, including ecommerce.

Responsibilities

Create digital brand look and feel, design systems and pixel-perfect responsive interfaces for key clients.
Lead and support multiple designers to elevate our UI Design offering.
Communicate design process to clients from concept to solution and own feedback.
Work from our London office regularly—one day a week.
Lead design on key accounts with senior stakeholders and present concepts.
Collaborate with software engineering to implement designs.
