Job summary

WPP Enterprise Solutions seeks a Lead UI Designer to drive digital brand identity, design systems, and conversion-focused interfaces for top clients. You will lead a cross-functional team of designers, collaborating with engineers to elevate the UI offering and deliver compelling ecommerce experiences.

You will present concepts to senior stakeholders, own design decisions, and mentor teammates while maintaining high standards of craft and accessibility.

Qualifications

• Degree in Graphic design / UI or equivalent.
• Strong portfolio across digital/commerce experiences.
• Ability to lead and mentor designers within a cross-functional team.

Responsibilities

• Create digital brand look, design systems, and pixel-perfect interfaces for key clients.
• Lead and support multiple designers to elevate UI offerings.
