Qualifications

• An understanding of UHV cleaning standards.
• Ability to read and follow written work instructions.
• Good health and safety awareness.
• Experience cleaning components to high standards using chemicals and abrasive materials.

Responsibilities

• Clean, visually inspect, package and label components and vacuum chambers in line with UHV cleaning specifications.
• Carry out leak checks on vacuum chambers.
• Use bead-blasting equipment to remove surface deposits and achieve a high-quality finish.
• Identify and report any faults or defects.
• Follow work instructions and ensure high quality standards.
• Complete tasks within deadlines to support on-time delivery.
• Maintain a clean, tidy and organised working environment.
• Follow health, safety and environmental policies and procedures.
• Assist with other duties as required.
