Job summary

Bespoke Bureau is recruiting an experienced private Housekeeper to join the family office staff near Sloane Square, London. You will maintain immaculate standards across a private office and associated properties, with discretion and high attention to detail in a luxury environment.

The role mainly covers the private office, with occasional rotation to nearby properties, as part of a dedicated housekeeping team. Monday–Friday, approx. 45 hours, early to late shifts, live-out accommodation.

Qualifications

• Experience in UHNW/HNW private households or luxury residences.
• Five-star hotel housekeeping experience advantageous.
• Excellent cleaning skills and attention to detail.
• Able to work in a prestigious office environment while maintaining private-household standards.
• Professional, discreet and well presented.
• Strong organisational skills and reliability.
• Good spoken English and confident communication.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the office property to UHNW standards.
• Clean and present offices, meeting rooms, reception areas and other spaces.
• Dusting, vacuuming, mopping and detailed cleaning.
• Monitor stock levels and report requirements.
• Work discreetly around principals and staff.
• Follow household standards and procedures.
• Flexible for very occasional weekend requirements.
• Assist with other nearby properties when required.
• Report maintenance issues promptly.
• Undertake occasional deeper cleaning and special projects.
