Job summary

Fulham FC is seeking an experienced Under 18 Head Coach to plan, deliver and review high-quality coaching activities aligning with the Academy Performance Plan. You will manage ILPs, support transitions from U16 to PDP and U18 to U21, and drive continuous improvement across the pathway.

Strong leadership across MDTs and communication with players and families are essential. You will lead team and individual training sessions, deliver performance education, and ensure adherence to safeguarding,

Qualifications

• Must hold up-to-date qualifications compliant with PGAAC and PLYDR.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development of Individual Learning Plans (ILP) and Age Group Plan for the U18s.
• Support transitions from U16 to PDP and from U18 to U21 with consistent coaching delivery.
• Deliver team and individual training in line with ILP commitments and Academy plans.
• Lead MDT meetings to review player progress and coordinate multi-disciplinary input.
• Attend first team games and youth events as required.
• Oversee implementation of Academy Values and Behaviours across staff and players.
