Job summary
Colchester United Community Foundation (CUCF) is seeking a passionate U11 Lead Coach to join our Boys Development Centre for the 2026/2027 season. You will help young players develop their technical and tactical confidence within the Colchester United player pathway.
The role involves delivering engaging football sessions and working within a structured development environment for players aged U6–U16; DBS checks and references are required. Closing Date: Monday 28 September 2026.
Qualifications
- Experience coaching youth football.
- Willingness to work within a development pathway.
- DBS checks will be required.
Responsibilities
- Lead coaching sessions for U11 Boys Development Centre.
- Support players' technical and tactical development.
- Collaborate with the Colchester United Academy pathway.
