Job Description:

A fast-growing Insurance MGA is looking to hire a Head of Employment Legal for the U.K., managing all aspects of the Employment Law function. This role reports directly to the Group General Counsel. Responsibilities include:

• Negotiating terms for new hires and handling employment tribunal/disciplinary matters.
• Advising on day-to-day employment matters, including restrictive covenants, settlement agreements, and liaising with key stakeholders across the business.
• Managing the people operations and collaborating with counterparts in other jurisdictions on developing employment strategies.
