Job Description:

A fast-growing Insurance MGA is looking to hire a Head of Employment Legal for the U.K., managing all aspects of the Employment Law function. This role would report directly to the Group General Counsel. Responsibilities include:

1. Negotiating terms for new hires and handling employment tribunal/disciplinary matters.
2. Advising on day-to-day employment matters including restrictive covenants, settlement agreements, and liaising with key stakeholders across the business.
3. Running the people operations side and working closely with counterparts in other jurisdictions on developing the employment strategy for the business.
