Job summary

Protyre Autocare, part of The Micheldever Group, is hiring a Tyre Technician to fit and repair tyres across a range of cars and light vehicles. You will maintain high workmanship standards and deliver excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires a full UK driving licence and an automotive qualification, with opportunities to complete IMI courses and progress within a growing national network.

Qualifications

• Full Clean UK Driving Licence held for at least 6 months.
• Qualification in an Automotive field
• Proven Tyre Technician experience
• Ability to work to high quality workmanship and safety standards
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Accurate tyre repairs and fitting to all makes of vehicles.
• Always providing quality workmanship, seeking advice and guidance when necessary
• Remove and refit components and carry out related adjustments.
• Ensuring the work completed on each vehicle is carried out safely and to a high standard.
• Making customers and/or management aware of any additional faults found on the customers vehicle.
• Ensure that the customer's vehicle is cleaned of any dirt/oil, or any other marks resulting from the job you have carried out
• Maintain accurate documentation in line with company policies and procedures
