A leading automotive retailer in Wolverhampton is seeking a skilled Tyre Technician to join their team. The ideal candidate will have experience in tyre fitting and repair, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage their own schedule. This role involves working independently and as part of a team, providing top-notch customer service. The company offers a competitive salary and a comprehensive benefits package, including enhanced holidays and training opportunities.
Location: Wolverhampton Mercedes-Benz
Hours: Monday - Thursday 7.30am - 4.30pm, Friday 7.30am - 4.00pm
Salary: Up to £32,000 OTE
Who we’re looking for:
You’re already experienced in removing, repairing, and fitting tyres, with the ability to diagnose tyre faults and determine whether repair or replacement is the right solution for the customer.
You’ll also have some experience of delivering great customer service and excellent time management skills, as you’ll be organising your work schedule each day. This role will include driving between sites collecting tyres, so a full clean driving license is required.
You will have previous experience gained in a similar role. You will possess excellent communication skills and practical knowledge of computer systems. It is important that you are able to work as part of a team as well as independently.
You will be a people person with excellent verbal, numerical, and written communication skills. You should be able to work both independently and as part of a dynamic team.
