Job summary

Qualifications

• Graduating no later than spring 2026 with a relevant degree.
• Strong academic record in business, finance, economics, math or data science.
• Demonstrated leadership or internship experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Rotate through four roles over two years to build business knowledge.
• Support project management and data gathering across Alpha units.
• Assist with onboarding, client implementation, and progress reporting.
• Develop procedures, strategies, and client materials.
• Contribute to financial analysis, modeling, and reporting.
