Who we are looking forState Street Corporation’s Alpha’s Professional Development Program is a leadership program designed to develop entry level employees within State Street Alpha. Over the course of two years the incumbent will be given 4 rotational assignments with a 6 month duration each. The rotational program is designed to provide key learning and growth opportunities within participating Alpha business lines or functional teams, along with a deeper understanding of State Street Alpha. The program extends over 24 months and incorporates specific training, professional development, and assignments across a variety of Alpha business units.Participants are placed in our most meaningful and critical roles across the Alpha organization.Successful program participants will be placed into permanent roles within State Street Alpha upon completion of two years in the development program where the collective knowledge, skills, and experience gained through the program can be applied.Why this role is important to us.The team you will be joining is a part of a global, cross-divisional group supporting State Street Alpha.
