Job summary

State Street Corporation’s Alpha’s Professional Development Program is a two-year leadership track designed for entry-level hires. You will rotate through four roles in six-month blocks, gaining broad exposure to Alpha business lines and functional teams.

Participants join a global, cross-functional team and complete targeted training, with opportunities to transition into permanent roles upon program completion. London-based role with extensive development support.

Qualifications

• Graduating no later than Spring 2027 with a business/technical BS degree.
• Strong analytical mindset and ability to learn quickly.
• Demonstrated leadership and desire for long-term growth within Alpha.

Responsibilities

• Participate in four rotations over 24 months across Alpha units.
• Support project management, data gathering, analysis, and rollout activities.
• Engage with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to drive progress.
