Job summary

Embecta Corp. in Oxfordshire is seeking a Plant Director to provide end-to-end leadership across the Chipping Norton and Witney manufacturing sites, with full accountability for site operations and plant-level P&L.

You will drive safety, quality, delivery, cost and people, build a high-performing culture, and prepare the organization for future growth while ensuring GMP and ISO compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, science, engineering, industrial management or related field; MBA preferred.
• 10+ years in a senior leadership role in medical device/pharma manufacturing.
• Experience leading operations with 100+ employees and multiple functions (Production, Engineering, HR, Finance, Supply Chain).

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic and operational leadership across two UK manufacturing sites.
• Own plant-level P&L, budgets and overall manufacturing performance.
• Lead Manufacturing, Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, Finance and HR.
• Drive Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost and People performance.
• Drive continuous improvement and organizational change to enable future growth.
