We are seeking an accomplished Plant Director to be based in Oxfordshire, UK to provide end-to-end leadership across our Chipping Norton and Witney manufacturing sites. In this newly created role, you will have full accountability for site operations, plant-level P&L and performance across Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost and People. You will shape the next chapter for both sites by strengthening operational performance, building a high-performing culture and preparing the organization for future growth.
You are an influential and results-driven leader who can establish a clear vision, challenge the status quo and inspire teams through change. You combine strategic thinking with strong operational discipline and know how to build alignment, accountability and capability across a complex manufacturing organization. Deep engineering or automation expertise is not essential. Your success will come from your ability to lead through others, strengthen the organization and turn strategy into sustainable results.
