Job summary

MacDermid Alpha Electronics Solutions, Wantage site, is seeking a Production Operator to join the manufacturing team on a two-shift pattern (early and late). You will support Despatch and Production processes, operate forklifts, and ensure safety and quality compliance across the line.

Qualifications

• Hands-on and practical production experience preferred.
• Safety-conscious and follows procedures at all times.
• Reliable and punctual with a positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Operate forklift and machinery in line with Health, Safety and Environmental requirements.
• Carry out QC tests/inspection and report deviations to the Supervisor.
• Record all production transactions accurately in SAP / SFoL to ensure correct stock levels.
• Report safety and quality issues using the 1B and 1Q systems.
• Provide on-the-job training to new starters when fully trained.
