Job summary

MacDermid Alpha Electronics Solutions, part of Element Solutions Inc, is hiring Production Operators for our Wantage, Oxfordshire site. You will work in the coating department on a three-shift pattern (early, late, night) and manufacture advanced electronic materials.

No prior production experience required; full training provided. We offer a competitive starting salary of £30,946 including shift allowance, plus bonus, overtime, private medical, pension, and on-site facilities.

Qualifications

• Hands-on and practical production experience preferred.
• Safety-conscious with adherence to procedures and PPE.
• Team-oriented and reliable with good time-keeping.

Responsibilities

• Operate a pedestrian and/or high lift forklift where applicable.
• Operate machinery in line with Health, Safety and Environmental requirements.
• Ensure compliance with Health and Safety policies.
• Report faulty equipment, accidents and breakages.
• Carry out QC tests/inspections and report deviations.
