Queensway Academy is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead business support across Queensway North and South campuses in Telford. The role oversees finance, HR, safety, estates, ICT and governance, reporting to the Headteacher within The Learning Community Trust.

The post is permanent, full-year with 37 hours weekly, offering NJC PO4 salary scale (£42,123 – £45,529). Closing date 25 November; interview 2 December. Experience in an academy or SEMH setting is advantageous.

Competenze

• Experience leading school or trust operational teams (or equivalent).
• Proven ability to manage budgets and financial controls.
• Knowledge of health & safety, estates and ICT administration.
• Experience with safer recruitment administration.
