Job summary

Rubicon Recruitment is seeking a Twilight Warehouse Operative in Poole with immediate starts. You will work on twilight shifts, with duties including picking, packing, stock checks, and maintaining a clean, safe work area. Strong reliability and attention to detail are essential as you support a busy warehouse team.

Shift times vary: 3:15pm–11:15pm (Mon–Fri) or 3:00pm–11:00pm (Sun–Thu). Weekly pay, parking on site, and temp-to-perm opportunities available.

Qualifications

• Experience in warehouse or logistics is ideal but not essential.
• Reliable, can-do attitude and willingness to get stuck in.
• Good attention to detail and accuracy under time pressure.
• Comfortable with manual handling and being on your feet for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Pick and pack orders to meet daily targets.
• Receive, check and store incoming stock.
• Move goods safely around the warehouse.
• Carry out regular stock checks and keep area tidy.

As a Twilight Warehouse Operative, your experience will include:
