Rubicon Recruitment Agency is seeking multiple Twilight Warehouse Operatives in Poole to start immediately. Twilight shifts run from 3:15pm to 11:15pm, with on-site parking and weekly pay.

Roles offer temporary and temp-to-perm opportunities with steady hours across well-established local employers. Responsibilities include picking/packing, stock reception, safe movement of goods, and maintaining a tidy workspace.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics environment is ideal but not essential.
• Reliability, can-do attitude and willingness to get stuck in.
• Good attention to detail and accuracy under time pressure.
• Comfortable with manual handling and being on your feet for periods of the shift.
• Good timekeeping and a team-oriented approach.
• Confidence working independently once trained.
