Job summary

LUSH Cosmetics is seeking a Seasonal Seasonal Warehouse Operative for its Poole hub. Work is full-time, twilight shift, Sunday to Wednesday from 2pm to 12am, in a fast-paced distribution environment. You will pick orders for UK and export markets, pack pallets and ensure accurate stock rotation.

Experience is helpful but not essential; strong communication, teamwork and initiative are valued. PPE is provided and staff receive benefits including product discounts and drinks.

Qualifications

• Hardworking, enthusiastic individuals with a variety of skills including communication, teamwork and initiative.
• Organised and time efficient with a proactive attitude and flexibility around hours.
• Ability to walk/stand for long periods; warehouse experience is helpful but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Picking orders for UK/Export markets
• Bulk pick for worldwide distribution hubs
• Use handheld scanners to pick
• Stock rotate as needed
• Pack/wrap pallets ready for distribution
