Knightsbridge Recruitment is seeking a Client & Education Consultant in London to work with families, place tutors, and design education programmes for clients travelling worldwide.

The role suits a self-starter with tutoring, Teach First, or teaching experience who understands the UK education system and can build trust quickly with families and schools. You will manage multiple client relationships in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in education is essential (teaching, tutoring, Teach First, or education consultancy).
• Strong written and verbal communication with good spelling and grammar.

Responsabilités

We’re looking for a Client & Education Consultant to join a growing team in very well respected and successful education consultancy. You will be working with families who expect exceptional service and personalised educational solutions.

This great role could suit a genuine self-starter with tutoring, Teach First or teaching experience - someone who understands the UK education system.

You’ll be the person families trust to understand what their child needs, find the right tutors and make the whole process effortless. From placing an exceptional tutor to creating a complete education programme for a family travelling around the world, no two clients are the same.

What you’ll be doing

• Speaking with families and 'selling' bespoke tuition services.
• Making sales calls by phone and email.
• Building strong relationships with families and recommending tutors who are the right fit both academically and personally.
• Managing ongoing relationships with families, tutors and schools.
• Keeping on top of multiple clients, calls, emails and priorities in a fast-moving environment.

We’re looking for someone who has

• Ideally a graduate.
• Natural confidence and the ability to build trust quickly.
• A natural at selling - an ability to be a chameleon and communicate with very different individuals and families effectively.
• Exellent relationship-management skills.Accurate written and verbal communication - strong spelling and grammar essential.
• Energy, ambition and exceptional attention to detail.
• Discretion, emotional intelligence and a genuine commitment to safeguarding.

Someone with experience in education is essential - particularly teaching, tutoring, Teach First, education consultancy.Equally important - we’re looking for someone with natural charm, personality, judgement and drive.
