Job summary

Shaw Trust invites applications for a Supported Internship program based in London. The role focuses on teaching and supporting interns to complete the work skills accreditation, providing one-to-one tuition and coordinating with partners to ensure successful placement.

You will help interns prepare for job opportunities inside and outside the host employer, align activities with Shaw Trust's mission of social mobility, inclusivity and opportunity for all, and support families and partners

Purpose

To teach and support interns on a Supported Internship to complete the work skills accreditation qualification. To provide one to one tuition support as required to interns, training and support for business partners and families, to ensure success during the supported internship and to prepare interns for job opportunities both within and outside of the host employer.
