TP Tutors is seeking passionate 1:1 Tutors to support children across Daventry, Towcester, Brackley and surrounding areas in the UK. Tutoring may take place at the pupil’s home or within a school setting during school hours.

You will deliver personalised tutoring, plan lessons aligned with the UK National Curriculum, adapt approaches to individual needs, and monitor progress while ensuring a safe, inclusive learning environment.

Qualificações

• Minimum 2 years' teaching or tutoring experience within the UK curriculum.
• Experience supporting children or young people, ideally in a 1:1 setting.
• Passionate, patient, reliable and enthusiastic about education.
• Able to adapt teaching to individual pupil needs.
• Comfortable working independently in pupils' homes and school environments.
• Available during school hours, Monday to Friday.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Committed to safeguarding and welfare of children and young people.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver engaging and personalised 1:1 tuition tailored to each pupil's individual learning needs.
• Plan and deliver lessons in line with the UK National Curriculum.
• Adapt teaching strategies to suit different abilities, learning styles and educational needs.
• Support pupils in developing literacy, numeracy and wider academic skills.
• Build pupils' confidence, motivation and engagement with learning.
• Monitor and record pupil progress, providing feedback when required.
• Establish positive and professional relationships with pupils, parents/carers and school staff.
• Create a safe, supportive and inclusive learning environment.
• Work collaboratively with schools, families and other education professionals.
• Follow all safeguarding, child protection and health and safety procedures.

About the Role

TP Tutors is looking for passionate, dedicated and experienced 1:1 Tutors to support children and young people across Daventry, Towcester, Brackley and the surrounding areas.

You will provide personalised, one-to-one educational support, either in the pupil’s home or within a school setting during school hours. You will work with pupils who may require additional educational support, helping them overcome barriers to learning, improve academic progress and build confidence.

What We're Looking For

We are looking for tutors who:

• Have a minimum of 2 years' teaching or tutoring experience within the UK curriculum.
• Have experience supporting children or young people, ideally in a 1:1 setting.
• Are passionate, patient, reliable and enthusiastic about education.
• Can adapt their teaching approach to meet individual pupil needs.
• Are confident working independently in pupils' homes and school environments.
• Are available during school hours, Monday to Friday.
• Have excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Are committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years' experience teaching or tutoring the UK curriculum.
• Relevant teaching, tutoring or educational experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Enhanced DBS certificate suitable for working with children, or willingness to obtain one.
• Right to work in the UK.
• Successful completion of references and safeguarding/compliance checks.
