Job summary

GSL Education are seeking a dedicated 1:1 Tutor to provide face-to-face tuition in Bridlington. The role is part-time/flexible with an ASAP start, offering £26–£35 per hour and the opportunity to support pupils on an individual basis.

The ideal candidate is a qualified Teacher or experienced tutor who can tailor sessions to learners’ needs, build rapport, and collaborate with parents and other professionals to drive progress in a safe, supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering 1:1 tuition is desirable.
• Patient, reliable and confident working independently.
• Able to adapt teaching to individual learning needs.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passionate about helping young people overcome barriers to learning.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging and personalised 1:1 tuition sessions in person.
• Adapt teaching and learning activities to meet the learner's individual needs.
