CCL Global is recruiting for a TAR Area Lead - Mechanical to support a major industrial turnaround project in Hull. You will coordinate mechanical turnaround activities, prepare detailed work packs and monitor progress to ensure safe delivery.

We require a minimum of 3 years in a planning role within industrial maintenance or turnarounds, a mechanical qualification, and familiarity with SAP, PICS and iPlan. Valid safety certifications (CCNSG/ACE/CSCS) are preferred for site access.

Qualificações

• Minimum 3 years' experience in a planning role within industrial maintenance or turnaround environments.
• Mechanical qualification such as an apprenticeship, NVQ, ONC, HNC or equivalent.
• Experience with planning systems: SAP, PICS and iPlan.
• Site safety certifications such as CCNSG Passport, ACE Card or CSCS Card are required.
• Strong communication, coordination and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary site team.

TAR Area Lead - Mechanical

Role Overview

CCL Global is currently recruiting for an experienced TAR Area Lead to support a major industrial turnaround project in Hull. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating mechanical turnaround activities, preparing detailed work packs, monitoring progress and ensuring all works are executed safely and in accordance with site procedures.

Scope: 2 years, outside IR35

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain detailed work packs for all identified equipment and activities.
• Provide weekly updates on Job Task Documentation (JTD) and turnaround progress.
• Identify, elevate and manage technical queries and risks throughout the turnaround lifecycle.
• Provide technical expertise and practical guidance during the turnaround execution window.
• Ensure compliance with site standards, standing orders and health and safety procedures.
• Liaise with planning, engineering and site execution teams to support effective delivery.

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum 3 years' experience in a planning role, ideally within industrial maintenance or turnaround environments.
• Mechanical qualification such as an apprenticeship, NVQ, ONC, HNC or equivalent.
• Working knowledge of planning systems, including SAP, PICS and iPlan.
• Valid CCNSG Safety Passport, ACE Card, appropriate CSCS Card or equivalent recognised site safety certification.
• Relevant health and safety training, such as IOSH Managing Safely, CITB Site Managers Safety Training Scheme, NEBOSH Certificate or equivalent.
• Strong communication, coordination and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary site team.
