Job summary

Principle is recruiting a Creator Partnerships Manager for the Turkish market to grow and support its creator ecosystem in Turkey. You will manage a portfolio of approximately 100 creators, optimise content strategies and help partners expand their audiences.

Qualifications

• Fluent Turkish and English are essential.
• Strong knowledge of Turkish culture, digital media and the Turkish creator ecosystem.
• Experience managing creators, influencers or digital partnerships at scale.
• Strong relationship and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Ability to interpret dashboards and metrics to inform recommendations (coding not required).
• Experience driving product adoption, monetisation or audience growth.
• Excellent cross-functional collaboration and project management skills.
• Experience managing creator/influencer events is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Manage and develop relationships with a sizeable portfolio of creators and strategic content partners across the Turkish market.
• Use dashboards, channel metrics and audience insights to identify growth opportunities and provide recommendations.
• Develop creator growth strategies including audience development, content strategy and monetisation.
• Drive adoption and optimisation of digital products, measuring impact via subscriber growth and monetisation.
• Act as a trusted partner to creators, handling complex queries and sensitive conversations.
• Build scalable engagement programmes for a large creator community.
• Collaborate with product, partnerships and other internal teams.
• Project manage virtual and in-person creator events, coordinating agencies from briefing to execution.
• Develop relationships with external partners, agencies and broadcasters in the Turkish ecosystem.
• Travel to Turkey once or twice during the contract if needed.
