Job summary

Danny Sullivan Group is currently seeking experienced Tunnel Miners to join a major tunnelling project near North Acton Station, London NW10. This long-term opportunity offers a busy site with accommodation support available.

Shifts are 12 hours with a 7 days on, 3 off rotation. Lodge accommodation is available for operatives living more than 50 miles from site.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 2 in Tunnelling Operations (Blue Card) is required.
• Proven experience in a Tunnel Miner position.
• Strong understanding of safe systems of work and tunnelling operations.
• Ability to lead crews and work effectively in a demanding environment.

Responsibilities

• Carry out and oversee tunnelling operations in accordance with site requirements.
• Work closely with site management and tunnelling teams to maintain programme targets.
• Ensure all activities are undertaken safely and in line with company procedures.

• 7 DAYS-3 off-7 nights-4 off rotation
• 12-hour shifts
• £406.07 per shift (PAYE)
• Lodge available for operatives living more than 50 miles from site

The Role

Work closely with site management and tunnelling teams to maintain programme targets.

Ensure all activities are undertaken safely and in line with company procedures.
