TUI Retail is launching a two-year apprenticeship in Plymouth designed to put customers at the heart of the business and create unforgettable holiday experiences. You'll learn on the shop floor, welcome guests, handle queries and help turn enquiries into sales.

You'll work with your mentors, gain knowledge of products and loyalty programs, and develop skills to resolve questions and complaints while delivering great service.
