Job summary

Pinson TM Limited in the UK is seeking Trainee and Qualified Traffic Management Operatives. The role involves driving an IPV, setting up and maintaining traffic management sites to NHSS standards, and delivering daily briefings.

You will read CAD TM drawings, supervise crew activities, and ensure safe work practices and RAMS compliance. Applicants should hold Lantra TM qualifications, be able to pass a drugs and alcohol check, have the right to work in the UK, and hold a full UK driving licence

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Driving an IPV and setting up, maintaining, and removing TM sites in NHSS.
• Deliver daily site briefings and ensure RAMS compliance.
• Read and interpret CAD TM drawings and supervise the crew.
• Complete daily vehicle checks and report defects.
• Ensure safe working practices and accurate risk assessments.

About us:

Pinson TM are working with some of the largest traffic management companies across the UK, and due to an increase in work, we are recruiting for Trainee & Qualified Traffic Management Operatives.

What we are looking for:

We are seeking Operatives with Traffic Management experience. This is a great opportunity to join one of our leading Traffic Management clients.

All Candidates must have experience in one or more of the below positions:

• 12AB Traffic Management Foreman with IPV

Duties may include:

Driving an IPV.

Setting up, maintaining and removing Traffic Management sites in compliance with NHSS.

Deliver site daily briefings.

Have a competent understating and implementation of ‘Raising The Bar’ document.

Reporting near misses and anything necessary to site TSCO or Operation Managers.

Work alongside your crew to ensure your teammates meet and maintain high quality work plans.

Being able to read and interpret CAD traffic management drawings.

To ensure the team works in a safe and effective manner to achieve optimum output and to the required quality of operations.

Ensure compliance with Health & Safety at Work Act at all times.

Be aware and comply to the provided RAMS.

Safely managing the unloading/loading of vehicles containing Traffic Management equipment required.

Ensure safe working practices are followed as outlined in Method Statements.

Complete Risk Assessments.

Complete daily vehicle checks and report plant & vehicle defects.
