Job summary

Deutsche Bank in London is seeking a TSS CT-Vault Operations, Securities Issuance Team Member to join our onsite team. You will report directly to the London Vault Manager and handle key processes within a Critical Economic Function.

This role focuses on asset reconciliations, debt instrument handling, and system enhancements, with broad exposure to regulatory changes and collaboration with technology teams.

Responsibilities

• Part of a successful and dynamic team based full-time onsite reporting directly into the London Vault Manager. Accountability and ownership of some key processes performed within a Critical Economic Function.
• Assist with daily creation and full redemption processes of all global debt instruments held under the Common & Specialised Depository roles.
• Processing of all systemic deposit and withdrawal instructions initiated by internal stakeholder partnership teams through various ledger platforms.
• Collation of daily & monthly MIS for management review.
• Supporting audit reviews, collation, and distribution of supporting evidence for management review.
• Working with technology in developing and testing new system enhancements.

Your key responsibilities
