Job summary

Deutsche Bank is seeking a TSS CT-Vault Operations team member in London. The role focuses on vault operations within the Corporate Trust unit, supporting debt instruments, custody, and related processes in a secure, controlled environment.

Responsibilities

• Part of a full-time on-site team reporting to the London Vault Manager.
• Own key processes within a Critical Economic Function.
• Contribute to regulatory change adaptations with reconciliations of large inventories.
• Assist daily creation and full redemption of global debt instruments under CT responsibilities.
• Process systemic deposit/withdrawal instructions from internal stakeholders.
• Compile daily and monthly MIS for management review.
• Support audit reviews and provide evidence for management checks.
• Collaborate with technology on system enhancements.

Job Description: Job Title: TSS CT-Vault Operations, Securities Issuance Team Member Location: London Corporate Title: No Corporate Title You will be joining the London Vault Team which is a unit of Corporate Trust within Trust & Securities Services, Corporate Bank. As part of Deutsche Bank AG London Branch, the team provides operational support and custodian services to primarily the Corporate Trust (CT) business as well Custody & Fund Services (C&FS) within TSS. The vault is responsible for various security processing functions that must be administered within a secure and extremely controlled environment. This role is office based 5 days per week

Your key responsibilities

• Part of a successful and dynamic team based full-time onsite reporting directly into the London Vault Manager.
• Accountability and ownership of some key processes performed within a Critical Economic Function.
• Adapting and enhancing regulatory change requirements with heavy involvement in reconciliations of large inventories of physical assets.
• Assist with daily creation and full redemption processes of all global debt instruments held under the Common & Specialized Depository roles.
• Processing of all systemic deposit and withdrawal instructions initiated by internal stakeholder partnership teams through various ledger platforms.
• Collation of daily & monthly MIS for management review.
• Supporting audit reviews, collation, and distribution of supporting evidence for management review.
• Working with technology in developing and testing new system enhancements.

Your skills and experience

• Proven ability to leverage AI tools to enhance productivity, optimise workflows to solve business problems, while applying critical judgment to ensure responsible and ethical use of data and AI outputs
• Excellent English verbal and written communication skills.
• Proven self-starter with excellent attention to detail key.
• Some awareness of operational risk & control
• Innovative thinker by improving manual/systemic processes without impacting controls.
• Good time management skills, ability to work on multiple streams of work.
• Ability to react positively to change and prioritise where needed.
