Job summary

Deutsche Bank is seeking a TSS CT-Vault Operations team member in London. The role focuses on vault operations within the Corporate Trust unit, supporting debt instruments, custody, and related processes in a secure, controlled environment.

Office-based, five days a week, with a strong emphasis on accuracy and governance. You will join a dynamic team with opportunities to work with technology partners on system enhancements and to contribute to regulatory change adaptations while ensuring robust

Responsibilities

• Part of a full-time on-site team reporting to the London Vault Manager.
• Own key processes within a Critical Economic Function.
• Contribute to regulatory change adaptations with reconciliations of large inventories.
• Assist daily creation and full redemption of global debt instruments under CT responsibilities.
• Process systemic deposit/withdrawal instructions from internal stakeholders.
• Compile daily and monthly MIS for management review.
• Support audit reviews and provide evidence for management checks.
• Collaborate with technology on system enhancements.
