Job summary

Leidos, Inc. seeks an experienced Computer Support Administrator to maintain and troubleshoot desktop systems across a geographically dispersed Windows 10 Enterprise network. Qualifications

• Maintain, troubleshoot and repair desktop systems and peripherals.
• Provide remote, phone, or on-site support and training for colleagues.
• Ensure security compliance and workmanship for Windows 10 Enterprise networks.

Responsibilities

• Interface with client managers and users to resolve issues.
• Document solutions in Knowledge Databases and aid data migration.
• Support infrastructure services like FTP, IIS, DNS, DHCP, and GPOs.
